A US Lacrosse Youth Membership is required for participation in all MGLC programs. The annual fee is $35 and the website for USA Lacrosse is https://www.usalacrosse.com/membership. You will be asked for your membership number as part of the registration process.

Registration includes an option to immediately waive the registration fee. The fee waiver is intended for families in financial need.
