    Goalie Clinic

An opportunity for players who want to explore the goalie position or make the commitment and improve. Led by Kathy Livingston, our in-house Goalie Coach. We will have the club goalie gear available for use, no personal goalie equipment required.

Equipment

Regarding equipment, safety is our first priority. Girls are required to wear properly-sized lacrosse-specific goggles and a mouthguard that is properly trimmed and molded to fit comfortably in your child’s mouth. Each player is required to bring a girls youth lacrosse stick. It is recommended that all players wear comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers or cleats, taking into consideration daily weather conditions. Players should bring labeled water bottles.

Note: to make the most of the program, lacrosse stick shafts should be custom cut to fit the child in advance of the first practice. Please do not purchase a "mini stick,” which is a gender-neutral toy lacrosse stick. These toy sticks have head and shaft proportions that do not work with regulation-size balls. If you need help fitting your child with her lacrosse stick, you may speak to a member of our coaching staff. Additionally, we recommend visiting Kicks N Sticks in Vauxhall for guidance.
